About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist in our Pediatric Rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you will diagnose and treat patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients
  • Work collaboratively with a team of clinicians, nurses, and physicians to create a comprehensive treatment plan
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
  • Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

  • Speech Language Pathology experience
  • At least 2 years of experience as a licensed SLP
  • Prior experience with evaluating and treating feeding/swallowing disorders
