Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at one of our locations. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company and play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and assist them with our wellness services
  • Help clients with booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation processes
  • Onboard new clients, including completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
  • Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
  • Educate clients on our services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and employees
  • Represent the brand by embodying our core values and acting in alignment with our mission and vision

Qualifications

  • Passion for health and wellness
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Either hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field

Compensation

$20.00 per hour
