Maintenance Technician

Aerotek is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join their team in the Shelton area. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on various manufacturing machines.
Your tasks will include:
- Performing set-ups and preventative maintenance on machines
- Conducting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting
- Identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal machine performance
- Managing machine components and parts inventory
- Collaborating with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing and machine maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
