Job Title: Fitness Sales Advisor

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals? Do you have a knack for sales and marketing? We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Sales Advisor at TITLE Boxing Club.

About the Role:

We're seeking a sales-driven professional who can help us grow our membership base and increase revenue. As a Fitness Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with existing members to ensure their satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized club environment, updating inventory, and assisting staff members with other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective members and schedule appointments for our Power Hour Class
  • Follow up with existing members to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized club environment, including stocking, updating inventory, and organizing merchandise displays
  • Assist staff members with other duties as assigned, including answering phones and responding to voicemails
  • Identify and attend community events to promote the club and attract new members

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and positive personality
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Some marketing experience is a plus, as this role involves sparking interest in the club
  • Ability to follow up on warm leads and create new leads
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle competing tasks and tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry, especially boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, and group fitness training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to forward think and problem-solve
  • Desire to be goal-driven and develop measurable results
