  • In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods, specifications, and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and expectations in construction environments.
  • Relevant degree or technical diploma.
  • Over 15 years of experience in design and construction.
  • Expertise in project execution processes and contract management.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural settings and remote locations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships within integrated project teams.
