We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects, including personnel and subcontractors.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Enforce quality control to meet client expectations and maintain project schedule throughout varying circumstances and conditions.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management or related fields, with a strong background in construction operations.
  • Restaurant construction experience preferred, with knowledge of construction management software.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of ground up, remodel, and tenant fit out construction, including site work and utility work.
