Job Summary

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

About the Role

As a physiatrist in this position, you will diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and chronic conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing pain management consults and joint injections
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Board certification or eligibility in physical medicine and rehabilitation
  • Experience working with patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions
