In your role as a vital member of our property operations team, you will be tasked with:
Conducting tours

and showcasing the community in an engaging manner while assisting potential residents in selecting their ideal apartment home
Overseeing the leasing and renewal process from initiation to completion
Monitoring local market trends and assessing property comparables to stay competitive
Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are move-in ready for new residents
Organizing and coordinating enjoyable resident events throughout the year
Fostering strong relationships with residents through exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in multifamily real estate, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service
Prior leasing experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Exceptional customer service skills and presentation abilities are essential
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in the hotel or hospitality sector as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent is a plus

Pay Range:
$21.00 per hour


This pay range is approximate, and actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant job experience, education, training, and professional certifications.
