  • Drive Sales and Profit Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profit growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandising: Oversee inventory levels, manage merchandise displays, and ensure that products are properly stocked and facing.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Store Environment: Ensure that the Frozen Foods department is clean, organized, and free of hazards, and that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Communicate with Store Leadership: Collaborate with store management to achieve company goals, and communicate department performance and sales data.
  • Develop and Implement Department Business Plan: Create and execute a department business plan to achieve desired results, including sales and profit growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Management Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with associates, customers, and store leadership, and to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management and Merchandising: Ability to manage inventory levels, merchandise displays, and ensure that products are properly stocked and facing.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer traffic and sales volume.
