Job Title: HRIS Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN or Boston, MA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness and data integrity of our HR Information Systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide technical support and maintenance for our RGS HR Information Systems
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions
* Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet organizational needs
* Coordinate and facilitate testing of new releases and upgrades
* Support the implementation of strategic direction for HRIS in reporting, metrics, and decision-supporting analytics
* Manage data imports, exports, and interfaces with other systems
* Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain data integrity
* Develop and deliver training to end users on HRIS functionalities and updates
**Requirements**
* Bachelor Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
* Experience with Dayforce HR System, Equifax, and Hirebridge required
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.)
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Solid understanding of HR administration and project management
