Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Retail Pharmacist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Community Outpatient Pharmacist, you will provide pharmaceutical care to patients in our outpatient settings, working closely with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective drug therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and medication preparation and distribution to patients
  • Direct the functional activities of pharmacy technicians, students, and interns
  • Engage in professional activities to improve public health awareness
  • Provide education, consultations, immunizations, and medication therapy management to patients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) preferred
  • Previous community and/or hospital outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
  • Registered pharmacist possessing or eligible for a Michigan Pharmacist and Controlled Substance license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Immunization Certification from APhA
