Job Summary: As a Senior Maintenance and Repair Professional at Texas Airwall Services LLC, you will be responsible for assisting lead technicians on repair, service, and refurbishment projects. This role involves time management to complete projects within the scheduled timeframe and allotted hours. You will coordinate with services managers and lead technicians on schedules and ensure timely completion of service and repair work while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with services managers and lead technicians on schedules.
  • Perform service and repair work efficiently and effectively.
  • Travel to job sites and site meetings as required within the state of Texas.
  • Obtain signoffs and customer approval after completing jobs.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work from heights using lifts and ladders.
  • Capacity to travel and stay out of town for up to 5 consecutive days.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • General construction knowledge.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication.
  • Lift push and pull 75lbs; occasionally lift and push 100lbs or more.
  • Provide reliable transportation.
  • Possess the ability to pass federal background checks.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
