Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Miller Motors Sales. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our accounting department.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal accounting controls.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or financial role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and analytical abilities.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
