Job Description

Fawkes IDM is a national law firm seeking a full-time Intellectual Property Paralegal to join their team. This individual will assist attorneys and case managers with all aspects of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain correspondence and pleadings, ensuring timely submission and adherence to court protocols.
  • Support document productions, coordinate attorney review for relevant documents, and collaborate with vendors to optimize efficiency.
  • Organize deposition files and databases, guaranteeing seamless access to critical information.
  • Assist in preparing witnesses for depositions and contribute to trial preparation, including attending trials as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of litigation experience, demonstrating expertise in intellectual property law.
  • Proficiency in electronic filings and electronic discovery, with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ensuring efficient management of documents and data.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and thrive in high-pressure situations.
