About the Job

The successful candidate will participate in 3GPP standardization meetings within relevant RAN working groups, contributing to the development of global radio standardization specifications. Key responsibilities include leading the creation and promotion of Intellectual Property Rights and 3GPP standardization proposals, creating inventions, and building upon Ofinno's intellectual property (IP) portfolio.

As a Wireless Technology Engineer, you will contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of existing standards, define and evaluate concepts and solutions for future radio access technologies and standards, design and develop L1 radio technology components in alignment with radio standardization specifications, and utilize simulation tools to assess new concepts and solutions.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced individual with 7+ years of 3GPP standardization experience as a delegate, expertise in 5G NR standardization, and demonstrated proficiency in writing, research, and technical skills. A Master's degree in electrical engineering or similar degree is required, while a PhD degree is preferred.

Key qualifications include excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, and experience with presenting technical proposals for 3GPP work groups (RAN1, RAN2, RAN4, RAN).

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
