Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our manufacturing team and drive process improvements. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Utilize Solidworks, 3D design, and 2D design skills to create, modify, and improve manufacturing processes and designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process simplification, driving initiatives to completion.
  • Manage resource allocation effectively, balancing workload and capacity planning.
  • Ensure safety regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks, 3D design, and 2D design.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Must be adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
