Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Associate to join our team at Crucial Link Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Operations: You will be trained in all aspects of packaging and shipping, including material supply vendor management, shipping and freight carrier coordination, and other service provider interactions.
  • Tow Motor Operations: You must have prior experience operating a tow motor and be comfortable with heights, as you will be required to drive a tow motor and use a rolling ladder to store finished goods.
  • Computer Proficiency: You must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software, and have experience with accounting/bookkeeping software, ERP systems, and purchasing software.
  • Team Collaboration: You will be expected to cross-train in Shipping & Receiving Supply Chain positions and work collaboratively with the team to achieve Company goals.
  • Adaptability: You must be able to work a shift schedule, including five (5) eight-hour shifts or four (4) ten-hour shifts, with overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand and walk 95%, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, and climbing.
