Job Title: Construction General Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction General Laborer to join our team at A Groundworks Company. As a vital member of our crew, you will travel to homes in the local area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Load and deliver materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Dig and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary
  • Lift heavy objects
  • Walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Perform strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
  • Enter crawl spaces and other confined areas
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform strenuous physical labor
  • Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
  • Excellent stamina
