Job Summary

Groundworks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Co-Foreman to join our team in Moberly, MO. As a Co-Foreman, you will play a key role in leading our crew and ensuring the successful completion of foundation repair and waterproofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performance team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Review job specifications and develop plans to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project.
  • Assess job site conditions and assign tasks to crew members to ensure efficient work completion.
  • Install products and services with the support of a national team of trained professionals.
  • Provide customers with superior quality and service while on-site performing work.
  • Ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the proper parties.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Previous experience in construction, home services, or a related field, with a focus on leading crews or small teams.
  • Basic construction or mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and innovate as needed.
  • A valid, non-restrictive driver's license and the ability to enter crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Physical Demands:

  • The position requires lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and performing strenuous physical labor.
  • The employee must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
  • The position requires good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination, as well as the ability to quickly move arms and legs.
  • The employee must have excellent stamina and be able to see with the ability to read reports, data, statistics, and information on computer screens.
