Job Summary

Wil-Pav, Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Foreman to lead our construction teams in civil and structural concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor to ensure project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, and suppliers.
  • Manage crew employee time entry, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Develop project-specific planning and execution methods.
  • Oversee job site safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in crew leadership and concrete construction.
  • Working knowledge of Local, State, and OSHA safety requirements and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of civil and structural concrete construction principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
