  • Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions in a dynamic business setting.
  • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, multifunction devices, and wireless technology, in compliance with security protocols.
  • Reimage systems and hard drives following established standards.
  • Execute Move, Add, and Change operations, including installation and decommissioning of equipment.
  • Install, configure, and resolve issues with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and web browsers.
  • Set up and troubleshoot MAC/Apple operating systems and associated proprietary software.
  • Support remote users by configuring VPN clients and ensuring connectivity.
  • Provide training and create knowledge documentation for users.
  • Adhere to ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
  • Diagnose issues and fulfill requests within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Follow Desktop and End User Computing policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized customer service, including support for executive and senior-level personnel.
  • Collaborate with various business units, including Active Directory, Messaging, Network, Engineering, Information Security, Service Desk, and external vendors.
  • Conduct asset inventory tasks as required.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision on routine tasks and receive general guidance on new assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
  • Familiarity with office automation tools and computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners.
  • Understanding of network security measures and antivirus solutions.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear guidance.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
