Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Veterinary Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team of veterinarians and specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our team of veterinarians and specialists
  • Assist with medical procedures, including anesthesia and surgery
  • Conduct laboratory tests and procedures, including blood banking and advanced imaging
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our veterinarians and specialists
  • Provide education and support to clients on animal health and wellness
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a progressive veterinary hospital setting
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience with anesthetic monitoring
  • Proficiency in processing basic laboratory specimens and working knowledge of radiographic techniques
  • RVT or VTS preferred
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
