Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the Electromechanical RF Design department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing precision electromechanical RF structures and positioners for a wide range of antenna system applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electromechanical RF structures and positioners using CAD tools such as SolidWorks
  • Perform thermal analysis and design thermal solutions for systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test electromechanical RF structures and positioners
  • Conduct tolerance analysis, risk analysis, and structural analysis to ensure design integrity
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in electromechanical RF design, positioner design, or similar work
  • Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and finite element modeling techniques
  • Knowledge of proper application of GD&T in design and manufacturing
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with analysis tools such as ANSYS and NASTRAN
  • Knowledge of government and military standards
  • Current security clearance or ability to obtain one
