Job Title: Executive Chef

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is a leading provider of hospitality services, with a portfolio of over 20 business class hotels across the Washington, D.C. area.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at one of our flagship hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest level of food quality and production to standards.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maximize quality.
  • Manage and maintain company assets to stay within budget guidelines.
  • Lead by example with food safety standards and food storage.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to model appropriate operational standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • College and/or culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of progressive cook or kitchen experience required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout shift.
