Job Title: Night Auditor - Part-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites - Princeton, WV. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Balance and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk during the night shift, including answering phones, handling guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software and systems.
