Job Summary
Our Dialysis Care Specialists are responsible for delivering high-quality patient care during dialysis treatments. This includes monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, measuring vital signs, initiating cannulation, and setting up hemodialysis machines. We seek individuals with a combination of technical skills and a genuine passion for caring for others.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
* Measure and record vital signs
* Initiate cannulation and set up hemodialysis machines
* Provide patient education and support
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles
* Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification
* Current BLS/CPR certification
