Medical Director

We are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results-driven leader to oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility.

$46.67-$58.25 per hour

As a Clinic Manager, you will hire, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with physicians, track and deliver superior patient outcomes, and monitor regulatory and safety requirements.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school required, Bachelor degree preferred.
• Twelve months of experience in nursing.
• Six months of experience in nursing care with patients with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process.
• At least three years of experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous supervisory responsibility strongly preferred.
