Position Overview

Dasmen HR LLC is in search of a dedicated full-time Leasing Consultant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts interviews with potential tenants to gather information regarding their needs and qualifications.
  • Guides prospective tenants through available apartments, discussing room sizes, layouts, amenities such as pools, nearby shopping centers, services, and lease terms.
  • Prepares lease agreements and collects initial rental deposits.
  • Regularly inspects property conditions and coordinates necessary maintenance.
  • Provides suggestions on advertising strategies to enhance tenant traffic.
  • Maintains punctuality and attendance; ensures responsibilities are managed in their absence; arrives on time for meetings and appointments.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales is required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a friendly and engaging demeanor; enjoys interacting with the public.

WORK SCHEDULE: The employee may experience changes in their schedule and/or overtime as dictated by job requirements and supervisor directives. This may include weekend work, after-hours commitments, and other necessary adjustments with minimal notice.
