- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care staff to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and community staff to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Conduct pre-admission assessments, training, and education to staff, residents, and family members.
- Meet all physical demands of the job, including lifting/moving up to 50lbs independently and up to 200lbs with assistance.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current state license.
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements with no restrictions.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction from management.
