Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute manufacturing improvement strategies to optimize footprint, automation, and product growth.
  • Lead the formulation of manufacturing documentation, including fabrication drawings, process sheets, and control plans.
  • Collaborate with corporate supply chain teams to manage capital and operating cost estimates for new products and changes in existing products.
  • Review and evaluate product designs to ensure manufacturability and assembly process efficiency.
  • Manage the engineering department, including Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Tool Design, Maintenance, and Program Management.
  • Implement Industry 4.0 initiatives to drive efficiency and results.
  • Provide support for EHS procedures and training to drive a Zero Incident Culture.
  • Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities using lean tools and assessment methods.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role.
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Program management certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of operational improvement tools, including Lean and Six-Sigma.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for leading and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to leverage cross-functional resources to support departmental requirements.
