Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at Upstream Brewing Company.

As a Host/Hostess, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will ensure a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the flow of guests through the seating process.
  • Assist in coordinating seating assignments to optimize available space.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
  • Stay up-to-date on restaurant policies and promotions.
  • Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
