Join Our Team as a Host/Hostess at Wings and Rings

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess at Wings and Rings. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a warm welcome to our restaurant.
  • Table Management: Escort guests to their tables, balancing the flow of customers among our stations, taking into account requests for specific tables or servers.
  • Communication: Answer telephones, taking reservations and responding to questions in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Team Support: Assist with the duties of bus persons, resetting tables for reuse, and ensuring efficiency in our operations.
  • Menu Preparation: Prepare and print daily menus, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Function as a supportive team member during your shift, demonstrating positive interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and cash handling experience, with a focus on delivering a positive experience for our guests.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and colleagues in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Language Skills: Requires the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
