Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Associate to join our team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As a key member of our Patient Financial Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient patient registration, billing, and insurance verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview patients and families to obtain complete and accurate demographic and financial information.
  • Enter data into our registration and billing systems to minimize patient wait times.
  • Confirm insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed.
  • Collaborate with our Appeals department to overturn claims denials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in registration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
