Job Summary

Northside Hospital is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training content to ensure our staff has the necessary skills to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training content for Patient Registration, Business Office, and Physician Office practices, utilizing adult learning principles and best practices.

Conduct online learning courses, classroom training, in-service training, and post-training job performance assessments to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and 4 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience, or Associate's degree in Business, Health Administration, and 2 years of experience.

Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with functional knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Education, or related field, with experience in revenue cycle leadership and training development.

Functional knowledge of Cerner healthcare system and certifications such as CHAA, CPAR, CRCR, or CHFP.

Work Hours and Requirements

7am-3:45pm, Monday-Friday, with no weekend or on-call requirements.
