Pediatric Orthopedic RN

Our Orthopedic Unit at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is a dynamic team of nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with surgeries.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
To be successful as an Orthopedic RN, you must have:
- A current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of experience in orthopedic nursing or a related field.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $48.32 - $66.65 per hour, with additional compensation possible for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
