Job Overview

Desiréd Aesthetics is seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of our practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring excellence in patient care, and leading a team of professionals.

We specialize in advanced facial rejuvenation with natural-looking results. Our team combines expertise in the art, anatomy, and science of medical aesthetics to provide non-surgical cosmetic solutions that enhance and restore radiant features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Streamline office systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication.
  • Manage office's secretarial duties, including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative assistants.
  • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary.
  • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization's standards.
Leadership and Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
  • Implement policies and procedures to optimize practice productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Site Medical Director and Division Director to maintain a competent and motivated staff.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure timely execution of changes.
Financial Management
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications
  • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems.
