Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chiropractic Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our clinics, developing and implementing business strategies, and leading a team of chiropractors and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations of multiple clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
• Lead a team of chiropractors and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure success
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve clinical and business operations

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic Degree or current enrollment in an accredited chiropractic university
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in a clinical or business setting
• Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
