Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to every person that walks through our doors, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and ensuring the visual integrity of our retail space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to every customer, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting individuals to trial our products
  • Ensure the visual integrity of the retail space, maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Process and receive inventory replenishments, ensuring accurate and efficient stock management
  • Assist with setting up and executing community programs and events, promoting brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for people and customer service
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Casper Retail's core mission and values, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
