We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays
  • Participating in sales floor activities, including promotions and events

Requirements

To be successful as a Retail Sales Associate, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to work part-time, flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of cash register/POS systems, a plus
