Position Summary:
We are looking for Guest Experience Team Members to enhance visitor enjoyment and support themed attractions. This role is temporary and requires individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong public speaking and improvisational skills for engaging presentations. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with potential hours up to 26 per week, and compensation at $19.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver character-driven storytelling while portraying engaging roles.
- Interact with visitors to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the exhibit, including floor sweeping and exhibit upkeep.
- Ensure exhibits are free from smudges and fingerprints.
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
- Complete regular inspection checklists to maintain operational standards.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring all areas are stocked with necessary sanitization supplies.
- Respond to visitor inquiries regarding the experience.
- Assist with exhibit operations and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Capability to navigate within the exhibit space.
- Commitment to a minimum of two shifts, including one weekend day.
- Physical ability to clean and maintain exhibit equipment.
- Frequent lifting and moving of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Dependable and proactive team player.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Prior experience with entertainment elements such as lighting, audio, or visual aspects.

- Experience in a leadership capacity for at least six months.
