Cortica is seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor to lead our clinical programming team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and implementation of ABA treatment plans for patients with neurodevelopmental differences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement ABA treatment plans in accordance with Cortica's clinical model and industry standards.
- Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists.
- Ensure quality clinical care by meeting productivity expectations and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide monthly supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and complete necessary paperwork.
- Monitor and update programming aspects of each client's clinical case.
- Collaborate with Assistant Supervisors to collect and analyze data in support of progress report writing.
- Participate in insurance authorization reviews and department meetings.
- Prioritize and assist in the implementation of safety initiatives.
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.
- Fieldwork experience in a home-based setting and collaboration with cross-disciplinary agencies.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Cortica is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,444 to $100,555.56 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
