Job Description

New Horizons in Autism, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing diverse opportunities to enhance the quality of life for adults with autism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and supervision for individuals with autism in a residential home setting.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the group home, including personal care, medication management, and life skills training.
  • Transport residents to appointments and activities as needed.
  • Provide daily structure and support to residents.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 20 years old.
  • A valid NJ driver's license is required.
  • Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with persons with autism.
  • Ability to solve problems systematically and communicate professionally.
