Job Summary
As a Senior Project Coordinator at MyCareersFuture, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across our portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to provide planning and monitoring, milestone management, resources forecasting, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables, compliance with contractual schedules, and allocated budgets.
- Work closely with technical teams to arrange regular meetings to achieve project objectives.
- Help team members resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage customer relationships through strong governance.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex projects covering IT, information systems, and Engineering fields, with external subcontracting.
- Experience in implementing complex information systems and/or system architecture, with strong organizational and management capabilities, and a solid understanding of the full development cycle.
- International certification in project management (PMI, for example) is a plus.
