The Park Lane is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Memory Care Director to lead our Memory Care Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing programs and services designed for residents with cognitive impairment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate care delivery to ensure safe, effective, and appropriate care for residents.
- Work collaboratively with the team to monitor day-to-day care levels and verify appropriate levels of care.
- Maintain and oversee the assessment of care needs for each resident.
- Evaluate the performance of Memory Care staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee all aspects of the Memory Care department, including staff management and resident care.
Requirements:
- LVN preferred, but not required.
- Must have experience in memory care.
- Ability to lead by example and provide care on the floor as needed.
- Able to pass a background check and company-policy drug screen.
