Job Summary:

Montage Health is seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting, working under the leadership of the department Director, Assistant Directors, and/or Pharmacy Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in patient medication order screening and verification
Manage pharmacy technician staff and complete distribution tasks in a timely manner
Order verification, oversight of medication management, and proficiency of pharmacy computer programs
Communicate effectively with hospital and prescriber staff

Requirements:

At least one year of acute-care hospital pharmacist experience in the prior 3 years
State of California RPH (Pharmacist) license
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
ACLS certification prior to completion of the introductory period and independent assignment

What We Offer:

Competitive pay range: $88.67 to $118.55
Hourly evening shift differential: $5.80
Hourly night shift differential: $10.00
