Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and data entry. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the receipt and storage of raw materials and finished goods
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory management and control
  • Coordinate and manage shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading freight
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving data, and employee performance
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
