Key Responsibilities:- Provide Clinical Services: Conduct evaluations, assessments, and psychotherapy sessions with patients, collaborating with healthcare team members to support their emotional, mental, environmental, bio-psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
- Document Patient Care: Accurately document clinical and consultative activities in patient electronic medical records, adhering to Trinity Health's Timely Documentation policy.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient care, share knowledge, and contribute to the development of departmental programs and objectives.
- Mentorship and Education: Mentor students during internships and participate in community meetings as needed.
- Licensure and Education: Must be a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Idaho.
- Experience: One to three years of experience in a mental health setting is required, with a preference for experience in multiple therapy techniques.
