Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Developing opportunities, reviewing quotes, and delivering presentations
  • Sourcing and finalizing subcontractor agreements
  • Monitoring project schedules and reviewing addendums, bulletins, and RFI's
  • Generating pay applications for subcontractors and general contractors
  • Managing check requests and handling project closeouts and warranty claims
  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, safely, and with high-quality workmanship
  • Overseeing project profitability
  • Tracking, status, and resolving change orders directly
  • Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the project
