We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at National Property Management Associates Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting and installation, and electrical work.
- Inspect and repair mechanical systems to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- Assist in the setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
- Perform manual repairs, including fixing locks and replacing windows.
- Appliance repair and troubleshooting.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures, pool maintenance, and other tasks as assigned.
- On-call responsibilities as assigned by property manager.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the multi-family industry.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywalling, painting, and other trades.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and strength.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC experience preferred.
Compensation:
$25 per hour. Wages are determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity.
