Principal Consultant

As an Oracle Health CommunityWorks Pharmacy Consultant, you will work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. You will consult with clients on service line Inpatient Pharmacy workflows, guiding them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. Additionally, you will provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders, driving client-specific Pharmacy solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements. Your responsibilities will include making recommendations to clients, mitigating solution risk and issues, and executing workflow and process improvement strategies. As a consultant, you will lead client meetings and events, driving internal team initiatives. • Deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements, exercising independent judgment within defined policies and processes.
• Perform standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
• Lead client meetings and events, driving internal team initiatives.
• Make recommendations to clients, mitigating solution risk and issues, and executing workflow and process improvement strategies.

• At least 7 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
• At least 5 years Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
• At least 2 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

• Must be located near a major international airport
• Willing to travel as needed up to 10%
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
